A step into the freestyle of the marker and aerosol can. A look at sketches in my blackbook. I’ve collected many blackbooks among the years. Many I’ve given to great influences and never have gotten them back. The blackbook to me is something sacred; a diary of sorts. Inevitable that progression is apart of your blackbook. A place you can practice styles of all kinds. It determines how much pride you put into your craft. Some blackbooks I have seen have pure garbage sometimes. Most of the time it has rivals or people you’ve known for years. Very rarely could you find a blackbook which had everyone a vacant spot or marker bleeds that seep through the next page messing up your entire campaign to create something fresh and new. These are the stories of my blackbook. Some people who have came and gone, all they have is their blackbook sketches and or layers of paint behind other layers of buff.
